I offer online stretching, strengthening mobility classes designed to improve flexibility, mobility, posture, body awareness, overall physical strength, and safe movement technique. My sessions are based on my professional ballet training and are suitable for different goals and experience levels. I adapt the exercises to each client, whether you are a beginner, advanced, or athlete, and help you work towards greater flexibility, strength, control, and confidence in your body flexibility, better movement quality, and increased confidence in your body.
