I am a humanitarian project manager from Mariupol, Ukraine, now based in Kyiv. For more than 10 years, I have been supporting people affected by war and humanitarian crises. I began this work in 2014 and continue to do so today. My main area of expertise is Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA). I have worked on emergency response programmes that provide multi-purpose cash assistance to vulnerable people across Ukraine, including in the Donetsk, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, and Sumy regions. I enjoy managing projects throughout the entire programme cycle, from planning to implementation. My responsibilities include needs assessments, beneficiary registration and verification, cash distributions, monitoring, and donor reporting. It is important to me that assistance is delivered not only efficiently, but also fairly, transparently, and with respect for people's dignity. I also have experience leading teams and supporting colleagues in challenging operational environments. I value clear, practical communication and believe that people work best when expectations are clearly defined and everyone feels supported. In addition to project management, I create digital tools for humanitarian programmes using KoBoToolbox and XLSForm. I design forms for registration, assessments, monitoring, and evaluation, combining my humanitarian experience with a practical, data-driven approach to programme implementation.
