À propos de moi
Olivia is my name, A community setup specialist for coaches, creators and course owners. I build communities where members know where to start, have a reason to show up, and keep paying to stay.
I work on Skool, Circle.so, Mighty Networks, Kajabi and GoHighLevel: space structure, onboarding, payments and membership tiers, automations, and engagement systems that keep conversations going after launch week.
I also build AI video courses, so your content is ready to load on day one.
Message me your platform and your goal, and I'll tell you what I'd build first.

Skool Community Builder for Coaches & Credit Repair Brands
Credit Repair Reviews • Freelance
Aug 2026 - Sep 2026 • 1 mo
I took credit repair and coaching businesses from an empty Skool group to a finished community. I set up the layout and branding, uploaded the lessons, added paid membership options, and put an activity plan in place so the space doesn't go quiet after launch.
GoHighLevel Automation & Community Systems Consultant
Consultant marketing & Community manager à Strasbourg • Freelance
Sep 2026 - Sep 2026 • 0 mos
I worked with coaches and course creators to run their learning communities with less manual work. I built Skool spaces and GoHighLevel workflows with pipelines, tags and CRM, set up course paths, connected funnels and memberships, and wrote email sequences for each client's journey.
Community Retention & Engagement Specialist
Community Wellness • Freelance
Jun 2026 - Sep 2026 • 3 mos
I planned how new members settle into a community and keep coming back. That meant welcome posts, a guided first-week path, points and levels, and a regular posting rhythm that gives members a reason to return.
