I asked for numerous revisions and the freelancer could not deliver quality work. I couldn't accept her putting the text in large speech bubbles covering the artwork. She had a horrible attitude once I demanded a refund for a poor quality of work.

Olivia did great the first time but did not keep it consistent the second time around. I was very disappointed to see that she had changed and it was a challenge for her to do the revisions.
