I worked with (a venture-backed US AI startup) for about 2 and half years. I am an excellent communicator, and one of the hardest working people and takes great pride in my work ethic. This is combined with a very creative & curious mind which allows me to find solutions that others don't. I leveled up my skills as an AI engineer to be the rough equivalent of a mid-level AI dev in SF. I am well suited to small teams and has a warm & jubilant personality that makes me a joy to work with. Because of my curiosity/creativity, I benefits from a well-structured problem. I am a perfect fit for a R&D/AI product team and is particularly good at quickly delivering new features/MVPs. Historically I greatly undercharges for the value of my services. I have shown great initiative in conducting independent research and performing thorough experiments in areas such as LLM fine-tuning, few-shot training and knowledge distillation, auto-labelling and model disagreement. I have successfully developed production APIs and tools that have been integrated into systems, using GCP and Microsoft Azure services. In addition to my technical skillset, I am a hardworking and dedicated professional. I consistently go above and beyond to ensure the success of projects, displaying a strong work ethic and a willingness to tackle complex challenges
