À propos de moi
I know both sides of the tracks. I dropped out of school after 8th Grade, earned a GED, then a BSBA, then a JD. I've planted over 1.4 million trees, by hand, using a hodag. I hauled hay for years. I spent over 12 years in prison without ever throwing or receiving a punch. I've spent over 450 days in solitary, on well over 10 official, medically monitored hunger strikes. I treated every part of my incarceration as a learning experience. I'd talk to anybody, help anybody, refusing to be intimidated. Most of my education is self-inflicted. Now this experience is at your disposal.

I bring the experience of almost twenty years law practice, along with 16 years 3 months of federal custody, including time in four Low Security federal prisons, two private prisons, four jails, seven different SHUs (Special Housing Units, or jail for the prison), home confinement, and supervised release. I'm well acquainted with the Standards for Adult Correctional Institutions, 4th & 5th Editions, official and unofficial prison policies and practices, and statutory and constitutional requirements for custodial facilities. I know how to pin the federal government down, as to the nature and cause of criminal charges.
