Yes, you will need to purchase your own domain and hosting (for WordPress) or a Shopify subscription. However, if you haven't bought them yet, please message me! I can recommend the best and most affordable providers to ensure your site runs fast.
Can you work on both WordPress and Shopify?
Yes! I am an expert in both platforms. When you place an order, simply let me know which platform you prefer. If you aren't sure which one is better for your business, I can provide a free consultation to help you decide.
What do I need to provide to get started?
To start, I’ll need: Logins for your WordPress hosting or Shopify store. Your brand logo and color scheme. Names of the pages (e.g., Home, About, Shop). Text/images for the site (if you don't have these, I can use professional "placeholder" content for now).
Will I be able to edit the website myself later?
Absolutely! One of my main goals is to make you independent. I build sites using user-friendly tools like Elementor (WordPress) or the Shopify 2.0 Customizer. I also provide a basic walkthrough for Premium buyers to show you how to swap text and images.
Does the gig include the cost of premium themes or plugins?
My gig price covers my labor for design and setup. If your project requires a specific "Paid" theme or a "Premium" third-party plugin, those costs are the responsibility of the buyer. However, I always try to use high-quality free alternatives first to save you money!
Do you write the content for the website?
I do not offer professional copywriting as part of these packages. I will upload the text you provide. If you don't have text yet, I can use "Lorem Ipsum" (placeholder text) so you can see the layout and replace it easily later.
What if I am not happy with the design?
Your satisfaction is my priority. This is why I offer revisions (Unlimited in the Premium package!). We will communicate closely during the process to ensure the final product matches your "stunning and beautiful" vision.
