I will assess your slack to microsoft teams migration risks
Microsoft 365 Migration Planning
À propos de ce service
Not sure what will carry over from Slack to Microsoft Teams? I will assess the migration risk before your team buys tooling or touches production.
Choose:
- Basic: 24-hour, one-page Full/Partial/Clean Break risk screen
- Standard: complete preflight with decision, mapping, unsupported inventory, wave estimate, cutover runbook and acceptance checklist
- Premium: multi-workspace preflight with consolidation map and dependency priorities
You run a local inventory. I only accept reviewed aggregate metadata and pseudonymized exception IDs. Never send messages, files, names, emails, tokens, raw exports, or tenant access.
This is technical planning. I do not migrate data, access your systems, perform a compliance audit, give legal advice, or guarantee third-party results.
Best fit: 50-1,000 users, an active Microsoft 365 tenant, and a decision in 30-120 days. Message me first for more than three workspaces or an unusual scope.

FAQ
Do you need administrator or tenant access?
No. You run the inventory steps locally and share only reviewed, aggregate metadata. I do not request credentials, tokens, raw exports, message bodies, files, names, or email addresses.
Will you migrate messages and files?
No. This Gig is a decision and execution preflight. It identifies limitations and creates the mapping, wave, cutover, and acceptance plan; it does not perform the production migration.
Will you analyze direct-message content?
No. I only need aggregate counts and your retention or searchability requirement. Do not send DM content, message text, files, personal data, or raw Slack exports.
Is this legal or compliance advice?
No. This is technical migration planning. I document technical constraints and decision points, but your legal, privacy, and compliance teams remain responsible for their decisions.
What does the Basic Risk Screen include?
A one-page red/amber/green Full, Partial, or Clean Break decision for one workspace from sanitized aggregate inputs. It excludes the detailed mapping, runbook, and acceptance checklist.
What do Standard and Premium add?
Standard adds the full decision, mapping, unsupported inventory, wave estimate, cutover runbook, and acceptance checklist. Premium covers up to three workspaces and adds a consolidation map and dependency priority matrix.
Why do the packages show services and GB to migrate?
Those are fixed Fiverr Platform Migrations category fields. They are minimum scope placeholders only; this Gig transfers no data. The deliverable is a migration-risk preflight and planning report.
What if my inventory inputs are incomplete?
I flag missing or uncertain inputs and show their effect on the recommendation. I do not invent values. If the gaps prevent a defensible decision, the report says so and lists the next evidence needed.
