Leave papercrafts to me! "I can't speak English, but I can type a little. I apologize if any part is difficult to read." I am a papercraft artist. I design papercrafts that anyone can assemble using templates, rather than one-of-a-kind pieces. My website is here: https://paperman2.com/ Since my student days nearly 30 years ago, I have been designing and creating papercrafts, and have been sharing paper crafts featuring characters from Nintendo Co., Ltd., such as Mario and Pokémon, on my own website. Later, I had the opportunity to contribute as a papercraft artist to the appendixes of official Nintendo guidebooks and movie making-of books. After that, I worked for 15 years at a design firm and a food company, where I was responsible for poster and package design, working as a designer and director. However, my desire to design papercrafts continued to grow, and in 2013, I once again became an independent freelance papercraft artist. My main projects since returning include: ■Designing papercrafts for a camera manufacturer's website download service ■Designing papercrafts for paper cut artist Kajita Miki's commission ■Designing papercraft templates for a Japanese government agency's dam-related download service ■Production of papercraft for “Security Warrior Mamoru-kun” for download on the NEC Biglobe website ■Design of papercraft for the major third single “Beauty MY Jinsei!” by Nijisanji ■Design of paper craft templates for the official websites of TV anime "All Saints Street" and “Ranking of Kings” commissioned by Aniplex Inc. ■Designing papercraft for “Koinu” commissioned by Uka Uka, the original author of the anime and manga artist of “Hashimaware! Koinu” And more. Additionally, I appeared as a contestant on the TV Tokyo series BS Japan program “TV Champion Kiwami: PaperCraft King Championship.” I strive to design with both visual appeal and ease of assembly in mind.
