I have accumulated extensive experience working as a CNC Machine Operator and Programmer in precision manufacturing environments. Over the course of my career, I have operated various CNC machines including vertical machining centers (VMC), horizontal machining centers (HMC), and CNC lathes. My primary responsibilities included setting up machines, selecting appropriate tools, and ensuring accurate calibration to meet tight tolerances. I have hands-on experience with G-code and M-code programming, as well as working with CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam and AutoCAD to interpret technical drawings and generate machining programs. I am skilled in reading blueprints, understanding geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), and ensuring that all components meet quality standards. In my previous role, I was responsible for producing high-precision parts for industries such as automotive and aerospace. I regularly inspected finished components using measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, and CMM machines to maintain consistency and quality. I also performed routine maintenance on CNC machines to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations. I collaborated closely with engineers and production teams to optimize machining processes, reduce cycle time, and improve efficiency. I implemented tool offset adjustments and troubleshooting techniques to resolve machining errors quickly. Safety has always been a priority in my work, and I strictly followed workplace safety protocols and guidelines. Additionally, I trained junior operators on machine handling, programming basics, and safety practices. My ability to adapt to new technologies and continuously improve my skills has helped me stay effective in fast-paced manufacturing settings.
