My journey into full-stack development started with a practical question: how could a small business manage customer requests without relying on scattered messages and spreadsheets? For a personal portfolio project, I developed a client portal where users could sign in, submit requests, upload documents, and track progress. I built the interface with WeWeb and connected it to Appwrite for authentication, data storage, and file management. As the project evolved, I focused on making the experience easier to use. I introduced a content management workflow with Sanity CMS and connected Chatwoot so users could reach support directly from the website. I then deployed the application through Coolify, working through configuration issues and testing the main user journeys. The most valuable part of the project was learning to connect individual tools into a complete product. A working interface was only the beginning; the backend, integrations, and deployment also needed to behave consistently. This experience shaped my approach to development: understand the problem first, build around the user's needs, and test each step before delivery. It also strengthened my interest in helping businesses turn early ideas into practical web applications and improve products that need technical attention.
