I'm Pavel, an Information Security student who works at the intersection of cybersecurity/sysadmin and frontend development. I run my own Proxmox homelab where I deploy and maintain Wazuh SIEM, Grafana dashboards, and practice Linux hardening - not just theory; infrastructure I actually run and fix myself. On the security side, I train through HackTheBox and compete in CTFs internationally. On the dev side, I build with React and Angular, some commercial, some personal projects I maintain for fun.... Co-developed DotFlag, an open-source Capture The Flag (CTF) platform for hosting cybersecurity competitions. Built the frontend with React 19 and TypeScript, including real-time scoreboards, challenge browsing, and team management features. Worked alongside two teammates under academic supervision, following a layered backend architecture (.NET 8, PostgreSQL). The platform supports dynamic scoring, Docker-based challenge environments, and a full admin panel - designed for university-level competitions and cybersecurity training.
