With over 15 years of experience in laser cutting, engraving, and product development, I create custom, production-ready laser cut files for real manufacturing. I design products for my own laser-cutting business, so I understand material thickness, kerf, joints, assembly, and production requirements. I have worked with laser cutting, engraving, and product development since 2010. Since December 2024, I have operated my registered business in Georgia, developing physical products and production-ready vector files under the CutCatVector brand. I design boxes, organizers, displays, decorations, games, and other multi-part products for plywood, MDF, and acrylic. My work includes developing product construction, calculating joints and slots for material thickness, preparing assembly-ready layouts, optimizing material use, and creating clean files in SVG, DXF, AI, CDR, and EPS formats. Since 2020, I have also sold my original laser-cut design files internationally through established online marketplaces. This has given me direct insight into customer needs, file usability, assembly challenges, and real production requirements. My practical manufacturing experience allows me to consider cutting, engraving, assembly order, material efficiency, and production reliability throughout the entire design process.
