Meditation:

I've been a certified coach and somatic therapist serving clients full time for over 16 years. I have my own modality called Survival Identity Integration (SII). It's presence based and supports the realization of the natural self while bringing gentle practices to integrate nervous system patterns at the root, and deepen embodiment of presence. I lead in person group workshops on meditation monthly and upload videos to youtube.
Musician - Persian Tar (acoustic string instrument)

I play the acoustic string instrument of tar. It's a beautiful and soulful instrument that touches the heart very directly. I often bring this in playing in sound baths and as accompaniment to the guided meditations. I will record something specifically for you.
