I love the character, it fits what I was looking for! However, I am not too fond of one of the expressions and I told this to Ali. They offered a change in expression choice for an additional fee. I feel the same as with my emotes, I think a better description of service would have helped me understand what to expect when making choices for expressions.

Cute artwork for what was provided however a better description of service would have helped a lot. I didn't like one of the emotes and they wouldn't make changes without another charge. If I had known (understood) this would be the case, I would have taken more time to decide on this service.

The final result was exactly what I was looking for. The quality of the work is excellent, and the expressions turned out beautifully.
