I am a dedicated hospitality professional with several years of hands-on experience in the tourism industry. Working closely alongside my father in our family-owned hotel, located in a premier ski destination in South Tyrol, I have developed a deep understanding of hospitality management. This role has significantly enhanced my international communication skills; handling daily email correspondence and interacting face-to-face with guests from diverse global backgrounds has allowed me to greatly improve my language proficiency and cross-cultural communication. In addition to my core responsibilities at the family hotel, I have also gained valuable experience working in other local hospitality environments, specifically serving as a receptionist and working in restaurant service. These roles have made me highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and confident in delivering exceptional guest experiences in fast-paced environments.
