I am an experienced business operations and administrative professional with an MBA and hands-on experience in business ownership, management, healthcare operations, education, transportation, and small business support.
My experience includes being the owner and operator of a non-emergency medical transportation company where I managed the day-to-day operations, as well as, a general manager of a caregiver registry and home health agency. In both settings scheduling, operations, billing, and business growth initiatives were key.
