Do you offer customer orders? Or packages that are not shown on this gig?
No, at this time. We only accommodate Minimum, Medium, and Maximum packages at this time.
Do you verify emails to make sure the leads are legitimate?
Yes! Email validation is free with every order. A multi-step verification process is used in determining validity of all addresses to ensure legitimately to the best of our ability. Social media links can be much trickier, but strive to provide the most recent, active links.
When I contact PLS through Fiverr before placing an order, what do you need to know?
First of all, we sincerely appreciate your business. Please review the gig description. Then when you contact us, please let us know you would like to place an order, which package you would like, and what your search criteria will be.
I would like to list some Skills/Interests in my Target Search Criteria, but I am not sure what to put, can you make suggestions?
Yes, I can. As long as we know what your industry is, we can make a few suggestions.
Do Delivery Days include the weekends?
No, delivery days DO NOT include weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
I see that Delivery Days do not include the weekend, but can I still contact you with an order on Saturday or Sunday?
Yes, absolutely. Weekends are not included in the number of Delivery Days, but we will still take orders on those days. However, please allow a little extra response time.
What are the Search Criteria you need from me?
~ State: (Texas, Wyoming, Alberta, British Columbia, etc) ~ Country: (USA or Canada) ~ Industry: (Hospitality, Recreation, Retail, etc) ~ Job Title: (President, CEO, Director, Plumber, Nurse, Writer, etc) ~ Skills/Interests: (Optional. At least 3-5 can narrow & refine list results)
Can you guarantee me sales from the list of leads I order from you?
I wish I could but, unfortunately, I cannot. I simply provide the list so you can get the word out about your product or service via e-mail campaign, social media messaging, etc. Sales from leads on a list depend on a prospect's interest in your product or service.
