1. Prepare comprehensive annual programme budgets in alignment with BRAC Central Finance guidelines, covering 25+ projects funded by BRAC, SPA, and various bilateral donors. 2. Prepare quarterly donor financial progress reports in compliance with donor requirements, with a special focus on the ISEC project , the largest project of SDP funded by ILO. Managing the full cycle of donor financial requirements, including fund requisitions, financial reporting, and coordination during ILO spot-check audits. 3. Coordinate with designated team members on NGO Affairs Bureau (NGOAB) related tasks, including preparation of new project FD-6 proposals and submission of revisions as required. 4. Organizing monthly project-wise Budget vs. Actual review meetings with project leads to strengthen internal controls and ensure effective budget utilization. 5. Provide on-demand accounts and finance support to program heads, ensuring timely analysis, solutions and contributing to overall program effectiveness.
