Lan V

This is my 3rd time working with Lan. Very positive experience each time: creative, professional, and polite. He also went above and beyond and helped me fix the layout when my page count changed on KDP. I will work with him again on a future book.

The format did not match Amazon's needs, even though I specifically expressed it was for Amazon. Instead of adjusting to this he suggested I change the format of my manuscript to meet his cover. He then started sending me screenshots, and utterly confused me. I would rather throw the money away and go else where,

Lan is an excellent creative and book designer. I have worked with him a few times and I'll be working him again, no doubt. He completely understood the brief and amended details as my brief had to be tweaked.

I was very impressed by the quality of the end product and the understanding and patience he had with myself regards completing the project. Overall I found him a joy to work with and no doubt will be using his services again in the future
