Hello, I’m Peter – a mechanical engineer from the UK who now applies the same precision to computers. CompTIA A+ certified and working towards Network+ / Security+.
I offer quiet, methodical support for Windows 10 & 11: blue-screen diagnosis, driver faults, slow boot, malware removal, clean installs and data back-ups. All work is done via secure AnyDesk or TeamViewer and followed by a short plain-English report of what was fixed and why.
I also run entry-level security checks (headers, TLS, basic hardening) and can guide you through password-manager and 2-factor setup.

I didn't know how much having a custom metal part made would cost me, but Peter gave me a price that seemed reasonable and the final product was exactly what I had in mind. I hope to continue to work with Peter on the next phase of the project.
