I designed and built a premium budget planner product for commercial resale across both Excel and Google Sheets. Delivered six files in total covering Light and Dark variants for each platform, with 20 tabs per workbook including Dashboard, Settings, Transaction Log, twelve monthly tabs, Annual summary, Savings Goals, Debt Payoff, Bill Tracker, and Net Worth. Each workbook carries 693 formulas verified at zero errors. The build also included a fifteen page branded User Guide PDF and a Commercial Rights Agreement document. The palette and typography were custom designed per platform, Georgia and Calibri for Excel, Playfair Display and Inter for Google Sheets. Closed the project with a five star review across all metrics including deep understanding and responsiveness.

Google Sheets Dispatch System Developer

Built a custom dispatch management system in Google Sheets and Apps Script for a Canada-based trucking operation. The build covers multi-pickup and multi-drop load handling, driver and truck assignment logic, automated status tracking, and conditional formatting tied to load progress. Integrated live data from Samsara for GPS and reefer temperature monitoring, and Motive for HOS compliance data. Currently scoping CH Robinson API integration for direct load booking and milestone updates. The system replaced a manual workflow and is used daily by the dispatch team.

Excel Budget Tracker Developer

Built a full 2025 budget tracking workbook in Excel for a community association. The workbook covers 17 tabs including a summary dashboard, Budget Master sheet, twelve monthly operational planning tabs, a quarterly roll-up, and dedicated planning tabs for repairs and maintenance and supplies. Wired 2,219 formulas across the file with zero errors on final audit, and verified end-to-end data flow from monthly actuals through to the dashboard with a live Q1 simulation before delivery. The system replaced a manual tracking workflow and gives the manager a single view of category spend, variance against budget, and quarterly performance without any manual roll-up work.
