FAQ
What happens if I don't like the artwork?
This almost never happens! But if it does, then it is most likely a communication misunderstanding. We regroup and go over the client's wants/needs again. If I misunderstood and got it wrong then I will re-design the artwork at no extra cost. I know the importance of loving the work.
When I look at the artwork, why do the colors look different on my phone in comparison to my computer?
When artwork is reviewed on a computer, laptop, or smartphone, each individual display/screen is powered by a different graphics card and software. The way each of them shows the colors can vary.
Can you create barcodes?
As long as you have your UPC-A or EAN-13 set of numbers, I can create the barcodes.
Can you create physical mock-ups of the boxes?
Yes - at an extra cost, because materials and shipping are involved. Feel free to message me about the details.
What does it mean to make a revision?
To make a revision means to make changes to the artwork in order to improve it, to make it more suitable for a particular purpose. The design stays the same but moving parts can be changed - for example: changing the font, changing the font color, changing images, adding more symbols or information
