Vous appuyez toujours sur « snooze » ? Et vous vous levez à la dernière minute ?
Avez-vous du mal à vous lever le matin ? Ou perdez-vous la notion du temps ?
Il semble que vous ayez besoin d’un réveil personnel et d’un peu de responsabilité.
Je resterai au téléphone (jusqu'à 15 minutes maximum) pendant que vous vous préparez ou faites le lit et vous habillez, je vous rappellerai toujours l'heure et m'assurerai que vous partiez.
Je ferai ça tous les matins pendant une semaine (du lundi au vendredi). Besoin de plus de temps ? On peut en discuter.
