I work closely with individual performers, theatre groups, cosplayers, and creatives to turn ideas into clear, beautiful costume designs that can confidently move from concept to construction.
Every project begins with a personal consultation where we discuss your ideas, references, character, fabrics, and overall vision. From there, I create a design that captures not only the look of the costume, but how it will function in performance.
Whether you need a quick concept sketch or a production-ready design with construction guidance, I offer packages to suit every stage of the creative process.
You'll receive professional artwork in your preferred medium (watercolour, pencil, acrylic, or digital), along with clear communication and revisions to make sure the final design is exactly right for you.

Phoebe Niemira Costume Studio is an independent costume studio offering thoughtfully designed and curated costumes for hire and sale. Combining bespoke craftsmanship with a growing hire collection, the studio works with performers, creatives and private clients to find the right costume for each project.

What information should I provide before we start?
Reference images, character details, performance context, fabric preferences, measurements (if relevant), and anything that inspires the look you want. The more detail you share, the stronger the design will be.
Can you design for theatre productions or groups?
Yes, I have experience designing for theatre creatives and group performers. If you need multiple costumes, please message me for a custom offer.
What mediums can you work in?
Watercolour, pencil, acrylic, and digital illustration. You can choose your preferred style during the consultation. For basic packages the medium will be pencil or digital.
Will this design be practical to make?
Absolutely. My designs are created with real construction in mind, especially in the Standard and Premium packages where fabric and construction guidance is included.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. Each package includes a set number of revisions, and you can purchase additional revisions if needed.
What file format will I receive?
JPG, PNG, or PDF — whichever suits your needs.
Do you actually make the costume?
Yes — I am able to make costumes as well as design them. However, my Fiverr service is focused primarily on the design process. If a project is particularly suitable and something I feel is the right fit, I may be open to discussing construction separately.
Can you design for cosplay, drag, or performance wear?
Yes — these are some of my favourite projects to work on.
Do you offer fast delivery?
I don’t offer standard express delivery, as each design is thoughtfully developed and tailored to the client. However, depending on the project and my current workload, I may be able to work to your timeline. Please feel free to message me before ordering if you have a specific deadline in mind.
