I placed the order on January 3, 2026 and asked for revision, but the seller did not respond to my message until February 11. I also had to ask to send a png format of the logo and received it on March 12. The seller has been ignoring my messages even if I see him online. This delay is very unacceptable as it also delayed my work progress.
