What is your general workflow of Scan to BIM Projects?

What kind of project you've done previously in Scan to BIM?
I've worked on Residential building redevelopment and renovation projects, office buildings, heritage sites, iconic structures redevelopment, roads & infrastructure projects which include both the architecture & structures.
What kind to input you require to get started?
I need registered point cloud data in RCP, RCS matterport scan format.
Raw data registration is also included in the gig?
If the project is small, I can do the registration process as well for you. But, if the project is complex and big, the registration will be an additional cost. I'll be needing raw data in a compatible format.
Do you also work on Topo surface creation?
Yes, Toposurface creation using scan data is much more fun. I've done plenty of projects on topo surface and terrain creation before.
