Mechanical Design & Simulation Intern CAD and mechanism design of Rebar Handling System and 6-Arm Slab Panel Robot using Creo. Performed static, modal, and response spectrum analysis in ANSYS for robotic arms and large cantilever structures. Prepared manufacturing drawings, assemblies, and technical documentation for engineering implementation. Rebar Handling System Design & Structural Analysis Designed a steel-frame lifting system to raise rebar meshes for ergonomic tying operations. Created full Creo assembly including frame, winch housing, hydraulic-support columns, and operator seating. Performed ANSYS static analysis for combined worker + mesh load to ensure safe deformation and stress limits. 6-Arm Slab Panel Robot Mechanism Design Internship Project • Designed a foldable robotic arm system for slab shuttering automation with harmonic gear drives. • Modeled back-arm/front-arm linkages, stepper-motor mounts, and ply-holding plates in Creo. • Conducted CAE analysis on the 1.5 m cantilever arm under 25 kg panel load to verify stiffness and safety.
