Built and operated Node.js/TypeScript backends across 10+ production microservices for booking, vouchers, messaging and customer support. Led a MongoDB-to-PostgreSQL migration using Sequelize, model-generation tooling and batch scripts. Reduced booking homepage load time from 4s to 1s through Redis caching, PostgreSQL indexing and concurrent fetching. Worked on asynchronous messaging processing 113,000+ daily messages with RabbitMQ and Bull, including retries and background jobs. Built real-time calling features with LiveKit and Socket.IO, role-based access and MinIO/S3 recording. Improved observability with OpenObserve, Pino, Fluent Bit, request tracing and data masking. These were in-house employment projects.
