Can you sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)?
Yes. We understand that many architectural and real estate projects are confidential. We are happy to sign an NDA before starting the work.
What files do you need to start?
I can work with SketchUp, Revit, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD (DWG), PDF plans, or 3D models. If you only have floor plans and elevations, I can still create the visualization. The more detailed the information, the more accurate and realistic the final render will be.
Will the images be truly photorealistic?
Yes. My focus is on high-end photorealistic architectural visualization. I pay special attention to lighting, materials, reflections, landscaping, and atmosphere to create images that look like professional architectural photography.
How many revisions are included?
Each package includes revisions for adjustments such as materials, colors, lighting, furniture placement, and camera angles. My goal is to ensure the final result matches your project vision.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery time depends on the project complexity and the number of images requested. Most residential renderings are delivered within 1–7 days, while larger developments may require additional time.
