1. We start by sending a few emails from your domain, and then gradually increase the number to improve your email reputation.
2. we mix and match a perfect balance of incoming and outgoing emails
3. we also manage a healthy percentage of reply rate on your emails
4. we start with 2-5 emails per day and gradually increase it to 100 emails sent per day per email account. ( a sweet spot is 30-50 emails)
5. we keep the randomise the incoming and outgoing volume
