The design needed 2 revisions but Polo kept working on the design until it was usable. I feel like the digitizer is new and is understanding lettering and using closets jump stitches.

Polo was extremely unprofessional and seemed like they just did not want to complete the project. At one point requested more money. I get the work is challenging, but the freelancer was rude at times and extremely impatient. and very unpleasant to work with I would not recommend them to anyone. it was...
