Polo

I have worked with Polo many times and his work is great. This particular order was not as good as others. That may have been my lack of understanding. I do plan on continuing to work with Polo in the future.

He delivered exactly what I asked for. It exceeded my expectations, its all set up perfectly for the machine, hoop size, and colors that I would use to its basically plug and play. The density on the embroidery file is perfect so I don't have to worry about it getting to thick and ruining the embroidery.... Tout afficher

Difficult expressing and explaining needs of the revisions due to language barrier. File did not come out the way I was hoping it would. However, they were very willing to keep trying to help.
