Handling tickets and application support to the end users. When an issue comes diagnose, analyze and solve the issue, Responsible for any enhancements. Admin Department 6 Document Cancellation/Change/Delete (All KSI) Details Job Responsibilities • End User Instant Support by phone or PC remote access • SAP Installation & Troubleshoot • Material Master KSI All (Backpack, Outsole, Padding, CWS, Admin & Maintenance Department) • PO wise material issue check (Packing and MCD) • Monitoring Overall SAP Procedure KSI • Purchase Order Check (Admin & Maintenance Dept.) • Reporting to Management • Daily Confirmation Follow-up (Full KSI) • Inventory posting (FG, RAW, Admin & Maintenance Materials) 3/Yearly. • End User Training (If Any) • RM Batch transfer (MCD/Packing) • GR and IV Status Check (Admin & MCD) • Clear delay (over 10 days) delivery
