the real questions customers ask before and after
buying:

I need to talk to someone.
Each flow is guided and structured not keyword
matching. The bot asks clarifying questions, follows
your return policy, and hands off to a real person
when needed.
One thing I built that most bots skip: during
human handoff, instead of a generic "please wait",
the bot collects the customer's issue and urgency,
then shares a short on-brand tip while support
context is being prepared. Keeps the wait useful.

No. I handle the full build on Botpress. You just need a free account — I'll guide you through connecting it to your website.
Can it track real orders?
Yes if you have an API or Google Sheets with your order data. Without that I set up a mock database. Order tracking is included in Standard and Premium.
Will it work on my website?
Botpress generates an embeddable webchat widget that works on most websites. I'll provide the embed code and instructions.
Can I customise the bot's personality?
Yes. Premium includes full brand persona customisation — tone, name, greeting style. Basic and Standard use a clean, professional neutral tone.
What do I get on delivery?
The Botpress export file (importable to your account), embed code, a short walkthrough video of the working bot, and a setup doc. Premium includes 30 days post-delivery support.
