I thought I'd have a better experience. On the day of delivery, this person sent me a proposal to take longer to "finish" it. I kept giving them chances and didn't cancel the order, but my video never arrived... Careful of this seller 😡

I never received the actual product. They marked it as delivered, and I was never given access even though I was told several times they would be at the office soon and would give me access then. That never happened. I had to escalate and get customer service involved.
