Well I am also a survivor from different mental conditions like, childhood trauma, unrealistic hopes, misunderstood, overwhelmed with emotions etc. With time, by guidance and knowledge I free myself from fear and down feelings. More organic ways of communication and relaxed down with time.

No I am not a motivator I am more disciplined towards life and as moment has its own flavor. We need to know how to relish it.

No. I am spiritual guru. I am that guidance which I get at the time of need for myself when I feel the low, exhuasted and broken. I empathize with people and their emotion.
