Thank you so much. The favicon.ico was not in the form that I needed. It should have been a 'favicon.ico' file (not svg)... but I don't have time to go back on forth on it. I'll get an addin for Photoshop and do it myself.

I hired Sheila to help redesign a website, along with two other designers separate. Sheila was by far the best out of the three. She was communicative, clear, and detailed in the work. They accepted feedback easily while iterating quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend.

The designer was professional, responsive, and open to feedback throughout the project. The process required several revisions to better align with the brand vision, but she was willing to make adjustments and deliver the requested pages. Overall, the final result is decent and provides an acceptable design base for development.
