Yes, my only requierement is that the file needs to be well recorded.
Does the price changes depending on the length of the track?

Does the price of the transcription changes depending on the complexity of the track?
Yes. If you have a very complex track, the transcription will cost a bit more and we have more time!
Can you create a tutorial video teaching me how to play my song with synthesia video?
