I am a Professional Civil Engineer with good Construction Cost Estimating and Material takeoff experience. I am Expert at reading Construction Plan doing takeoff and preparing Accurate Cost estimates.
I have used old methods as well as Advanced digital tools like Plan swift and Bluebeam for takeoffs and preparing construction estimates. I have expert level skill set of doing takeoff for all trades of any construction project from residential to commercial.
As I am this industry for so long I have done all types of works for residential projects and Commercial projects.

I have done work as a construction Estimator and at Estimating Hub where I prepared detailed construction estimates as per CSI division for all trades from demolition to new build and renovation works. I have used Plan swift & Bluebeam software there for my takeoff and Construction Estimation. My job there was focused on providing quick and accurate construction estimates providing detailed markups.
