Artist was proactive with me right up front, telling me what to expect with the delivery. They explained what could and could not be done and gave me the opportunity to cancel before starting. This created trust right from the get go and showed me that the artist knew the limitations of the image and the medium. I would definitely work with her again.

I provided my exact requirement and wanted a close to or even a 75-80-% representation of that requirement in embroidery or woven form. File delivery was good but the attention to the details on the requirement was not. I felt like the effort was never going to match my requirement even though it was clearly provided and feedback given.
