Seul le forfait "Premium" inclut le chat vocal, car il s'agit d'une séance de coaching plus approfondie. En revanche, les forfaits "basic" et "standard" comprennent seulement quelques conseils vers la fin de la séance.
Que se passe-t-il si je ne peux pas assister à la séance prévue ?
