No. All analysis is done from the data you share — no facility access or software integration required.
What if I don't have enough data yet?
I can still help — I'll advise what to start tracking and for how long to get a reliable analysis, or work with limited data and note the confidence level of the findings.
What software do you use?
Excel/Google Sheets for all analysis and reports — no special software needed on your end to open or use the deliverables.
Can you customize the analysis to my industry?
Yes. While my direct experience is in manufacturing (blow molding/injection molding), DMAIC and Six Sigma tools apply across industries — process improvement principles are the same whether it's production, logistics, or service operations.
