FAQ
What do you need from me to start the automation process?
1. The URL of the web application you want to automate. 2. Access credentials (username/password) if required for login. 3. A clear description or manual test cases for the features/flows you want automated. 4. Any specific browser requirements (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.).
Can you automate any type of web application?
Yes, I can automate most web applications accessible via a standard browser. This includes dynamic websites, single-page applications (SPAs), and sites with complex user interfaces. If your application has unique requirements, please reach out so we can discuss it!
What technologies and frameworks do you use for automation?
I primarily use Python as the programming language and Selenium WebDriver for browser automation. I also leverage robust testing frameworks like Pytest for structuring tests and implement design patterns such as the Page Object Model (POM) for maintainability.
Do you provide the source code for the automated tests?
Absolutely! For all packages, I deliver the complete and well-commented Python/Selenium source code. You'll own the scripts and can integrate them into your own systems or use them for future maintenance.
What kind of reports do you provide?
I provide comprehensive test execution reports (e.g., HTML reports) that clearly show test pass/fail status, execution time, and any identified errors. Depending on the package, I can also include annotated screenshots or screen recordings for failed tests.
