I'm a Windows desktop developer and Python automation specialist. I build small tools that save people hours: custom Windows utilities, office automation (Excel, files, scheduled tasks), web data collection, and bug fixes for existing scripts.
I designed and shipped an open-source Windows keyboard tool (Pangyi), from UI and keyboard hooks to installer packaging and releases, so I know the full lifecycle of a desktop tool.
