FAQ
Q: Can you work with supplier CSV files from platforms like AliExpress, CJ Dropshipping, or Amazon?
Yes! I can take raw supplier spreadsheets, clean up the formatting, map the columns to match Shopify's system requirements, and upload them smoothly.
Q: What if my CSV file keeps showing errors when I try to upload it?
A: Don't worry! I specialize in debugging Shopify CSV errors. Just send me your file and the error message, and I will fix the columns, headers, or missing details for you.
Do you write product descriptions or edit images as part of this gig?
A: This gig focuses strictly on data entry and formatting existing information. I upload the descriptions and images you provide. If you need copywriting or photo editing, please message me first for a custom quote.
Q: Can you move products from WooCommerce/Etsy/eBay to Shopify?
A: Yes, I can assist with platform migration. I will export your products from your old store, format the data into a Shopify-compatible layout, and import them safely.
Q: What information do you need from me to start?
A: I will need staff access to your Shopify store (with product management permissions) and your product data file (CSV, Excel, Google Sheets, or website links).
