Didn't meet the deadline. Project finally delivered 2 days later (7 days total), filled with errors and unusable. Freelancer was not proactive in communication, I had to follow-up multiple times. He never apologized or explained why all the delays. I would not recommend this Freelancer for a ms word doc conversion.
