1-Plan and conduct an annual audit to ensure Quality Management System (QMS) procedures are implemented without deviations. a. Review the results of QMS internal audits and recommend improvement projects based on the findings. b. Organize corrective action workshops to address reported findings and follow up until their resolution. 2-Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Quality Management System to ensure alignment with Etisalat's business strategy, processes, and policies. 3-Assist in developing Operations policies, processes, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with management directives. a. develops policies and processes based on stakeholder input gathered during workshops and publish them on Governance portal after the higher management approval. b. Conduct regular reviews of the policies and processes by auditing to ensure their relevance and effectiveness. c. Ensure all processes scopes are reviewed and updated to eliminate duplication. Performed in-depth risk assessments to identify potential threats and implemented strategies to mitigate their impact. 4-Conducted qualitative risk workshops to engage stakeholders in proactive risk identification. 5-Presented risk analysis findings to executive leadership, enabling data-driven decision making. leverage risk opportunities to drive business growth and innovation. Provide Support on clearing audit reported findings raised by Corporate Quality team
