I build Bongo Cat-style half-body pets and full-body companions with transparent always-on-top windows, smooth animations, mouse and keyboard reactions, drag interactions, idle and sleep states, and custom expressions. Designed and developed custom Windows desktop pets using Python, PySide6, and image-based animation workflows. Built transparent always-on-top windows, character movement, drag interactions, keyboard and mouse responses, idle and sleep states, custom expressions, and multi-monitor DPI support. Created multiple desktop pet versions, performed visual and functional testing, and packaged finished projects as standalone Windows EXE applications. Also developed a reusable one-image-to-desktop-pet framework and published an open-source version on GitHub.
