Provided a detailed document with specific timings to go with the song, quite a few of them were ignored. Felt the end of the story was rushed as well, when requesting to extend it, was told it would cost extra.

The script looks good and captures the key message clearly within 5 seconds. We like the simple progression from the character feeling unwell to asking for help. Please keep the animation natural, reassuring, and easy to understand.
