My PDF plans are scanned and low quality. Can you still work with them?
In most cases, yes. Send them over and I'll assess what's readable. The more dimensions you can provide, the better the result.
Do you redraw in AutoCAD or Revit?
Both. You choose the format. Basic and Standard packages deliver in CAD; the Premium package includes a Revit model.
What if I only need one or two sheets?
The Basic package covers up to 3 sheets. For smaller jobs, message me before ordering and we can work out a fair price.
Will the drawings follow a specific standard (ISO, AIA, local)?
Yes — just let me know your preferred standard or template and I'll follow it.
